General Terms and Conditions – A.Turismo Travel Agency
The organization and commercialization of trips are the responsibility of A.Turismo – Agência de Viagens Lda., headquartered at Rua Cirilo da Conceição Silva nº1-2-Dtº, in the city of Luanda, NIF 5000 211 966.

At the time of registration, the traveler may deposit 50% of the excursion price. The remaining 50% can be paid in full or in installments as agreed with A.Turismo.
Any non-conformity in the execution of the travel/excursion service must be reported to A.Turismo in writing or another suitable form as soon as it occurs, without undue delay.
A.Turismo is legally responsible for the luggage.
The traveler must file a claim with A.Turismo in case of loss, damage, or destruction of luggage, but only during transportation.
The traveler must have their personal documentation in order (Identity Card, authorization for minors, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required documents).
The traveler may transfer their booking to another person who meets all the required conditions for the organized trip, provided they notify the travel agency in writing at least seven (7) days before departure.
Both the original traveler and the substitute are jointly responsible for any outstanding balance and cancellation fees, which will be duly informed and justified by A.Turismo.
If, before the start of the organized trip, A.Turismo is forced to significantly change any of the travel services, the traveler has seven (7) days to:
a) Accept the change.
b) Reject it without penalty and receive a full refund.
c) Accept an alternative trip proposed by A.Turismo, with a refund in case of a price difference.
d) Failure to respond within the given timeframe will be considered tacit acceptance of the proposed change.
If the trip depends on a minimum number of participants, A.Turismo reserves the right to cancel the organized trip if the number of participants is insufficient. Travelers will be notified in writing at least seven (7) days before departure for trips lasting two (2) to six (6) days.
Before the trip starts, A.Turismo may also cancel it due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
In such cases, the traveler is entitled to a full refund within 14 days.
The prices for each excursion are based on service costs (hotels, transportation, etc.) at the time of publication. Prices are subject to increases or reductions due to transport cost variations or exchange rate fluctuations up to ten (10) days before departure.
Once the trip has begun, no refunds will be issued for unused services due to force majeure or reasons attributable to the traveler.
If A.Turismo cannot provide services as outlined in the travel program and cannot replace them with equivalent services, the traveler is entitled to a refund for the difference in cost.
The traveler is free to withdraw from the trip at any time before departure.
If unavoidable and exceptional circumstances arise at the destination, significantly affecting the trip or transportation, the traveler may cancel without penalty.
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
A.Turismo is responsible for the proper execution of all travel services previously offered to travelers.
For organized trips, A.Turismo remains responsible even if services are provided by third parties, without prejudice to the right of recourse.
In case of difficulties encountered by the traveler that prevent them from completing the organized trip, A.Turismo will provide the following assistance:
If the traveler’s difficulties result from deliberate actions or negligence, A.Turismo may charge a fee covering incurred costs for providing such assistance.
If, due to unavoidable and exceptional circumstances, the traveler is unable to return, A.Turismo will cover the cost of necessary accommodation for up to three (3) nights per traveler, if possible in a category equivalent to the original booking.
